We work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Merchants, Inventory, and Site Operations to drive conversion and revenue across categories. As Senior Manager, Website Merchandising, you own category site merchandising strategy and execution across Rejuvenation.com. You lead a team responsible for category shop experiences, on-site storytelling placement, launch readiness, and continuous optimization. This role blends customer-first merchandising instincts with analytical rigor and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable performance.
