In the Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management (Secondment) role, the colleague will serve as functional lead supporting business process re-design, system enhancements, and project management directly supporting Pfizer’s new U.S. Data Security Compliance Policy, CP210. This role integrates business knowledge, digital expertise, and data analysis proficiency to bridge business and technical teams, optimizing the ecosystem for design and development activities. The Senior Manager translates business information into technical language, enabling the enhancement of digital solutions to support Pfizer’s compliance obligations.

  • Understand and translate business requirements, data context, data quality, and data flows into actionable insights.
  • Oversee solution development and support for Enterprise Content Management solutions in direct support of CP210.
  • Maintain close communication and support for Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with Tech Leaders and Developers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and reporting procedures
  • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience in business and data analysis and solution engineering or MBA/MS on Computer Science with 5+ years relevant experience. OR / PhD or JD with 1+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency with unstructured content management or related enterprise content management
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Extensive experience working with business users and technical teams to collect and analyze requirements with focus on legal and compliance requirements.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Records management experience.
  • Management of systems following Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive results.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
