UX Designer focused on advancing Schwab Workplace Services sales & client-retention demonstration capabilities. This role is critical to showcasing participant & sponsor experiences -Web/Desktop & Mobile - to both prospective & current clients in support new sales & client retention. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in fine arts discipline such as Graphic Design (or equivalent)
Schwab cross-channel technology experience
10+ years of digital product design experience, including Web/desktop & Mobile channels
Expert in all facets of UX, including practice, process, tools, and techniques, including - - Proficiency with both Macintosh and Windows platforms
Figma design software
Adobe Creative Cloud products
Hands-on, proven experience with demo automation software or interactive demo platforms
Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and Agile development methodology
Strong self-management skills, comfortable working both independently as well as directly with product and engineering partners & in collaboration with internal end users such as sales team & client services team members
