About The Position
At eBay, Trust is a critical global function tasked with ensuring the safety of the millions of buyers and sellers on the eBay marketplace. This includes overseeing trust signals on our platform, such as feedback and product reviews. eBay's Trust team is fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, and has set company-wide goals to make transformational changes that provide a safer, more trusted experience for our customers. In this role, you'll be part of the Seller Trust Policy team, leading strategy and operations for customer review policy. Customer reviews at eBay include seller feedback and product reviews. As Senior Manager, Trust Strategy & Operations, you'll craft and uphold customer review policies: while reviews are intended as an open forum for buyers to share feedback with the community, our policies are in place to ensure they are used constructively and fairly.
