As part of our separation from Medtronic, MiniMed is building a standalone organization designed to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Transformation & Separation to lead commercial separation, transition, and optimization efforts across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and LATAM). This role is critical to ensuring MiniMed’s markets are fully prepared for business transfer and that regional requirements are embedded into future state processes, policies, and technology. The Senior Manager will own planning and execution for the Order to Cash transfer from Medtronic to MiniMed, partnering closely with Commercial, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting solution design, coordinating system testing, and overseeing go live and hypercare activities. This is a high impact, highly visible role that regularly engages senior commercial and functional leaders across both MiniMed and Medtronic. This position is part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team and calls for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with strong executive presence, proven cross functional leadership, and a strong focus on execution.
