We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Transformation & Separation to lead commercial separation, transition, and optimization efforts across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and LATAM). This role is critical to ensuring MiniMed’s markets are fully prepared for business transfer and that regional requirements are embedded into future state processes, policies, and technology. The Senior Manager will own planning and execution for the Order to Cash transfer from Medtronic to MiniMed, partnering closely with Commercial, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, supporting solution design, coordinating system testing, and overseeing go live and hypercare activities. This is a high impact, highly visible role that regularly engages senior commercial and functional leaders across both MiniMed and Medtronic. This position is part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team and calls for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with strong executive presence, proven cross functional leadership, and a strong focus on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, and order operations and 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Or, advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, and order operations and 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Order to Cash processes and/or global ERP and boundary system implementations
  • Proven commercial operations experience across LATAM, the U.S., and Canada, including pricing, tender management, order fulfillment, and customer service
  • Based in the Americas time zone with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of TSA management and service optimization
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills
  • Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead separation strategy and execution to ensure a seamless transition of commercial operations across critical markets.
  • Design localized operating models that address regional needs while maintaining uninterrupted commercial activity.
  • Support commercial and non-commercial contract transfer planning and Legal entity stand-up
  • Own and manage the commercial separation roadmap for LATAM, the U.S., and Canada, including key milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner closely with commercial and functional leaders to minimize disruption and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage all commercial Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) within the region, ensuring service continuity and contractual compliance.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to reduce TSA reliance and accelerate the move to standalone operations.
  • Establish performance tracking and reporting to monitor TSA effectiveness and costs.
  • Lead negotiations and manage TSA amendments as needed to support evolving business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary separation and transformation contact for local markets, engaging regularly with executive stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Oversee operational execution of separation initiatives and act as a liaison between the Diabetes Separation Management Office, local market leaders, and senior executives.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with MiniMed priorities through effective risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking.
  • Establish governance cadence, executive dashboards, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and leadership oversight.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and capability building.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results‑driven execution.
