We have an exciting opportunity to support our Operations team as a(n) Sr. Manager, Testing & Implementation based in Orlando, FL. The Senior Manager of Testing and Implementation will be responsible for establishing and executing the process, procedures, and insights review for all operational testing in North America. This would include product / campaign testing, off premise innovations, new concept development and all operations platforms initiatives.   • Develop and maintain the annual strategic integrated calendar of testing elements and the area of the business it impacts.
  • Communicate with the full testing team on all aspects of projects and coordination of project scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate Test Proposition with appropriate and measurable test success criteria.
  • Work directly with Business Sponsors of tests to ensure integrity and accurate data collection.
  • Establish Testing & Implementation standard operating procedures and ensure all tests utilize the set stage-gating process.
  • Create and test the national rollout execution strategy.
  • Identify operational and profit opportunities during T&I testing processes.
  • Ensure field operations teams are aligned and informed on findings and learnings from tests.
  • Drive improvement of operational systems impacting the innovation pipeline.
  • Work with internal teams on Development of POC materials and playbook contributions.
  • Identify success metrics to establish testing benchmarks communicated bi-weekly to stakeholders.
  • Provide assessment, complexity rating, and validation report of all testing elements.
  • Visit test locations to follow up on procedures and learnings from restaurant teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in restaurant/field operations.
  • High understanding of culinary operations or project management.
  • Current working knowledge of foodservice, food quality procurement, culinary industry, equipment, and food safety.
  • Relentless drive to improve processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and hands-on.
  • Project Management knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
