Legence is strengthening our Information Technology Solutions organization and has identified the need for a Sr. Manager, Technology Solution Partner – Project Operations & Fabrication. The position could be based in the following geographies: Remote, US Overview: The Technology Solution Partner will collaborate with business units on the prioritization and execution of capability development initiatives to realize business goals. The area of functional expertise for this role is construction and engineering project operations and fabrication. You will be working with our Enterprise systems, applications, and tools to define a technology plan. You will bridge the gap between the internal customer’s business requirements and the systems, tools, and applications in our landscape. You will consult, collaborate, and advise our internal customers on how to best use existing and planned solutions in relation to their business requirements and/or operational improvement needs. This role demands advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. The role will communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders (employees and management) and partners in a manner that breaks down complex challenges into actionable steps that drive results. This individual leads as a team player who can build trust and establish strong working relationships.
