Position Summary The Senior Manager, Technology Product Management will lead the roadmaps, capabilities, and Objective and Key results (OKRs) definition needed to create clear product strategy and best-in-class E2E experience for the Claims Handing Intelligence Platform (CHIP), an AI-powered companion tool for claims processors. Across multiple product teams, you are responsible for the overall success of the product, improving product health and driving value towards targeted outcomes. You will manage a backlog of features and enablers to enhance the product and extend its architectural and discovery runway. You will work closely with the Business General Manager (GM), Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics as part of the “Five in a Box” cross-functional product leadership team and serve as the main point of contact with other stakeholders such as architects, tech-ops, security, claim leadership and claims processors, etc. to ensure overall cohesion for the Claims Handing Intelligence Platform and support its development and launch across multiple claims platforms. This role is initially an individual contributor but may evolve to have direct reports. Be a part of creating a positive team culture through development and coaching.
