Department OverviewTechnology is essential for running great restaurants and is a critical element of every major initiative at McDonald’s. Over the next three years, we will modernize much of this technology as we deploy our new Restaurant Platform across the US, including our POS and back-office hardware, network infrastructure, and digital menu board hardware. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the deployment of our restaurant technology platform across all US restaurants over the next three years. This role will oversee three critical initiatives forming the new platform's core, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption. The responsibilities of this position will overlap and integrate to encompass the complete deployment process, starting with restaurant readiness and concluding with the successful deployment of all three initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Technology Deployment. Overarching Role Accountability: · Own the end‑to‑end execution of the DMB deployment across all ~14,000 US restaurants, ensuring: · Every restaurant is accounted for, sequenced, and has a clear deployment plan · Deployment plans are fully aligned with readiness, so restaurants are operationally prepared ahead of install · Execution meets schedule, cost, quality, and restaurant‑experience standards · This role is accountable not just for activity, but for deployment outcomes at scale.
