About The Position

The Sr. Manager of Studio Segment FP&A Consolidations & Reporting is a pivotal contributor to the Corporate Finance Organization, reporting directly to the SVP of Corporate Finance. This role will lead consolidation and reporting across our diverse studio segment, which includes multiple television studios and the Paramount Pictures film studio. This role is pivotal in harmonizing financial data across entities, driving consistency in reporting, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will regularly collaborate with studio finance leads, corporate FP&A, and accounting to ensure financial integrity and operational alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, ideally within Media & Entertainment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven success developing and improving workflows and automating processes.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering compelling financial narratives to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across finance and business functions.
  • Strategic foresight to anticipate analytical needs of senior leadership.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive team practices and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation of P&L forecasts, budgets, and LRPs across the Studio segment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial planning systems (TM1, Longview, Hyperion), working with system administrators, controllership, and business units to streamline submissions and automate workflows, as well as support teams in the design and implementation of future planning systems (Oracle).
  • Deliver high-impact financial analysis and reporting to finance leadership including quarterly earnings prep presentations highlighting revenue and expense trends, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Treasury teams to maintain data integrity and strategic alignment.
  • Support Corporate Finance with board and executive presentations, complex scenario modeling, and cash forecasting.
  • Provide analysis and documentation to meet requests from Tax, Audit, SOX compliance, and M&A teams.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
