The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Process Innovation plays a critical role in evolving our global hiring strategy and shaping the systems and experiences that attract world-class talent. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Process Innovation, this individual will help design, implement, and scale forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies that align with enterprise priorities, elevate the candidate and recruiter experience, and enable efficiency and consistency across regions. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone with a consulting mindset, strong project execution skills, and a passion for innovation.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global TA strategies informed by workforce planning and business needs.
  • Support the design and piloting of new tools, frameworks, and programs that enhance hiring quality, recruiter productivity, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with regional TA teams and global partners to ensure solutions are adaptable and impactful across markets.
  • Assess and map end-to-end TA processes to identify pain points and drive improvements through simplification, automation, and standardization.
  • Support the implementation of global process frameworks while balancing the need for regional customization.
  • Help build documentation, governance models, and best practices that enable sustainable adoption.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to evaluate new technologies, support business case development, and assist with implementations.
  • Act as a voice of the user, incorporating recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate feedback into system design and decision-making.
  • Contribute to systems strategy across the TA ecosystem (ATS, CRM, scheduling, interview platforms, etc.).
  • Use user research, journey mapping, and data analytics to understand and improve recruiter and candidate experiences.
  • Help identify and track key performance indicators to measure solution impact and guide continuous improvement.
  • Promote a human-centered design approach in the development of TA tools and processes.
  • Manage or contribute to cross-functional projects that align with broader TA and HR transformation efforts.
  • Coordinate with change management, communications, and learning teams to support deployment, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Support leadership presentations, stakeholder updates, and roadmap planning efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, project management, or business transformation.
  • Consulting background or experience in a highly matrixed, global environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with the TA lifecycle, systems (ATS/CRM/AI tools), and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process or systems improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bias for action, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
