About The Position
With an unbiased view, robust analytical framework, and cross-functional perspective the Sr Manager, Strategy Planning & Development will provide portfolio planning, insights and recommendations to influence strategic decision making and enable dynamic business management. They are responsible for providing leadership in the analysis and creation of US demand forecasts and being a lead voice for the integrated business management (IBM) process. They serve as the key contributor in planning and development for priority launches, strategic initiatives, the IBM Consensus process and building of the US Plan gating.
