Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Experience in Merchandising, eComm, Digital, Loyalty/Membership, Personalization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean).
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and long-term goals, key priorities and initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Oversee the management of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support project initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
