Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of applicable experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in evaluating business cases and investment decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across diverse audiences.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and passion for understanding business dynamics.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented leader with strong performance accountability orientation.
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer and industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic direction.
  • Lead components of ADT’s strategic planning process, including assessing current and future strategic differentiators, and conducting portfolio analysis and prioritization.
  • Manage analysis and prioritization of growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships.
  • Align strategic planning with budgeting, capital allocation, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively, translating strategic priorities into executable programs with clear milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and impact.
  • Lead and energize enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to frame and resolve complex strategic challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • Build compelling financial narratives that drive strategic investment decisions.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and resource allocation through data-driven insights.
