About The Position

The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. VCS works closely with Financial Institutions, Technology Providers and FinTechs to bring payment solutions and associated services that meet the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governments around the world. Within VCS, the Large and Middle Market Segment, Operations and Strategy team is core to Visa’s growth strategy in delivering capabilities that improve large and middle market enterprise B2B payments beyond our transactional card products. We work across the organization to innovate and deliver new products and services to meet our clients’ needs. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to work closely within our as well as with our partners and stakeholders. You will support the business in a broad range of areas including market research and analysis, planning, program management and execution.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

  • The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years’ experience in a commercial payments, management consulting, investment banking and/or M&A/Partnerships experience

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of LMM segment strategy, including annual planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Translate high‑level strategic objectives into clear operating plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Partner with segment leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and trade‑offs using data‑driven insights.
  • Own and drive core operating rhythms for the LMM segment, including business reviews, KPI dashboards, and executive readouts.
  • Establish and refine processes, metrics, and governance to improve visibility, accountability, and execution quality.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams supporting the LMM segment.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across functions to drive execution against shared priorities.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with segment goals.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Develop executive‑ready insights and recommendations based on performance trends, customer signals, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across segment reporting and analysis
