They set goals, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with field/regional counterparts for optimal strategy implementation. Expected Outcomes Driven by the Teammate Savings, Innovation, improved quality and Service: Leading the entire category management process ensures optimized strategies, fostering efficiency and innovation in procurement practices. Yearly Savings targets will vary from $1.0 to $3.5M Creative Commercial Outcomes: Developing and executing effective "go to market" strategies facilitates successful negotiations, driving favorable commercial terms and value creation. Regular negotiations with VP, Director level at Suppliers Interdepartmental Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop category strategies. Maintain alignment on supplier solutions with business unit leadership. Collaborating across business units and regional teams fosters positive organizational outcomes, ensuring alignment and synergy in procurement efforts. Supplier Relationship Management: Leading supplier performance management processes enhance supplier relationships, fostering accountability and driving continuous improvement.
