About The Position

The Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives will support the Chief of Staff to the CEO function. This role is critical in driving success against the strategic framework, managing enterprise scorecards, helping to develop the strategic plan, and ensuring the smooth operation of ELT meetings. This role will play an integral part in the most senior support of the total KDP organization, working both strategically and analytically across all business units and brands. The Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and monitor the progress of initiatives to ensure they stay on track and align with the company's strategic direction. Communication of this progress will be critical inclusive of trackers, analytical rollups and presentation development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an analytical role, category management, commercial or consulting.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and manipulate data.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convert data into compelling stories and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and convert raw data/reporting into visual storytelling.
  • Aggregate data from various areas to develop scorecards and automate processes over time.
  • Handle tactical day-to-day management of ELT meetings, including setting agendas and managing processes with high attention to detail.
  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives, including the development of project plans, timelines, and action progress.
  • Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
