As a Strategic Project Management Leader, you play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You oversee the structure, tools, and facilitation needed to ensure that strategic initiatives remain on track, empowering teams to make informed decisions and deliver high-quality results. Your scope includes managing commercial and end-to-end projects for key innovations, CBU priority initiatives, and divisional priorities outside of CBU. You are instrumental in timeline management, resource flow, risk management, budget oversight, quality assurance, and change management. You also support the CBU Steering Committee, providing visibility and connectivity across all sub-team outcomes and initiatives, ensuring strategic framing, cross-functional alignment, resource management, leadership communication, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you collaborate with Commercial Innovation and R&D to manage and govern the CBU innovation portfolio, driving synergies and supporting innovation strategy development.
