Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RDO/VP to provide support for new leaders and/or terminals that need additional oversight or training
• Schedule team members to provide assistance as needed per RDO/VP request
• Facilitate cooperation between all operations teams (Pride, Quality, and local terminal management)
• Provide terminal specific feedback to senior leadership as each visit concludes
