About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing you will have category responsibility as the key driver of the sourcing strategy and product development process from initial concept to on-time delivery. You will develop and implement strategies with the team that will maximize revenue, gross margin and GMROI. As the driver of the global sourcing strategy in your category, you will allocate and strategize to deliver margin and quality while ensuring design and brand aesthetics are met. You will also serve as a mentor and program/process leader within the team to ensure best in class outcomes including but not limited to staffing models, efficiency standards and employee review process.
