The Sr. Manager, Solution Management, reporting to the VP, Solutions Management, will play a pivotal role in delivering Accolade's offerings to the market and developing key deliverables for the entire Accolade portfolio. This position is integral to the Growth & Retention business unit, where the Solutions Management team is tasked with building and supporting both new and existing solution offerings to drive optimal performance across product, service delivery, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment characterized by ambiguity and will be proactive, flexible, and resourceful, demonstrating a willingness to roll up their sleeves to deliver results. In this role, the Sr. Manager will be responsible for the overall success of a solution from its build stage through to sales enablement and delivery. This includes developing subject matter expertise around solutions offerings, understanding customer performance across various success KPIs, and building and monitoring success metrics for both new and existing solutions. The role requires participation in cross-functional alignment with product managers, designers, marketing teams, sales, services, legal, finance, and others to provide guidance and direction for achieving the company's vision and supporting optimal solution execution. A typical day will involve serving as a subject matter expert to internal sales team members and external clients, delivering against overall solution goals, and proactively identifying and resolving dependencies that may hinder the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. The Sr. Manager will also be expected to perform deep data-driven analysis to surface actionable insights, conduct market research to inform competitive positioning and product strategy, and collaborate with Solutions Marketing partners to support the development of value propositions, messaging, sales collateral, and case studies. Adaptability to evolving needs within the Solutions Management team is crucial, as is the ability to manage expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
