T-Mobile is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Credit Risk Management to lead supplier relationship management initiatives supporting our Credit, Fraud, Payments and Collections operations. This critical role is responsible for overseeing third-party vendor relationships that enable our fraud detection and credit decisioning capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of vendor management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of risk mitigation strategies. As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing external vendors who deliver essential services and technologies. You will ensure vendors meet operational expectations for performance, compliance, and innovation-partnering closely with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to align vendor capabilities with broader enterprise goals.
