We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and harmonize the efforts of two distinct development teams: Trimble Traqspera and HRIS Spectrum. This role requires a leader capable of managing diverse technological landscapes, driving efficient development processes, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.   • Lead and manage two distinct software engineering teams (Trimble Traqspera and HRIS Spectrum), including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for both product lines.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
  • Drive product non-functional roadmaps and strategic planning for both teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage software development lifecycles for both product lines, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for secure software development and deployment across both teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the two teams and with other departments.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in software engineering roles, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple software development teams with diverse technical stacks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with various programming languages and technologies (e.g C#, Angular, React, Azure, SQL).
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
