At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology and digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! This role sits in the Retail, Restaurant, and Supply Chain Technology organization within Disney Experiences Technology. It works closely with Product teams, Vendor partners and Operations partners from across the company. The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering will report to the Director, Software Engineering. We are a fast-moving group tasked with delivering cross-platform integrated Disney Experiences that will define the interactions of children and families online and change the way our customers experience our digital and physical assets. Our group enjoys a high level of autonomy and exposure to all parts of Disney and all levels of the organization. We are consumer-obsessed and always strive to deliver the best experience for our users while driving the most value for the Walt Disney Company. The Sr. Manager, Software Engineering within Disney Experiences Technology—Retail, Restaurant, and Supply Chain—is responsible for managing internal areas of responsibility while ensuring execution of the broader goals set by the team’s business partners.
