As a Senior Manager, you will lead high‑impact engineering teams focused on delivering high‑quality features and capabilities for Visa's strategic clients—including merchants, acquirers, technology partners, and SMB platforms. You will guide the design, enhancement, and implementation of solutions spanning payment acceptance, security, analytics, fraud management, reporting, and broader platform efficiency initiatives. This role requires a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, complex, and highly collaborative environments while balancing multiple concurrent initiatives. You will oversee teams building full‑stack, real‑time transactional services, REST APIs, container‑based services, and highly functional, secure, scalable, and resilient systems. You will also drive best practices, optimize processes, and coordinate cross‑functional work streams, partnering closely with business, product, architecture, delivery partners, and global technology teams.
