We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager, Marketing Technologies Systems, to join our Technology team. This high visibility individual will work alongside Marketing, Strategy and Analytics, and various business leaders to provide support to Marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and effectively multitasking in dynamic environments.
  • Strong technical experience with marketing platforms and related technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of system design, architecture, and integrations.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing customer communication channels such as Email and SMS.
  • 7+ years of experience building and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience integrating various marketing and advertising tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs) into unified systems.
  • Proven track record managing multi-year, multimillion-dollar programs involving multiple vendors.
  • High intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate emerging Martech and Adtech technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, boost retention and drive lead generation.
  • Manage and implement a range of marketing platforms, including email marketing, campaign management, ESP's, SMS, personalization tools, DAM, PAM, social media and go-to-market (GTM) platforms.
  • Enable and manage integrations with adtech platforms, including affiliates, social media, video networks, ad exchanges, and demand-side-platforms (DSP).
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure architectures that adhere to IT and data governance standards.
  • Lead the integration and data flow across CRM, CMS, ESPs, CDP, DAM, social platforms, and analytics tools to enhance overall technology efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Design and implement marketing technology strategies and workflows to optimize the customer journey and enhance engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, integrating them into the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of permanent employees and consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills, empower success, and promote professional growth.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews, set individual goals, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with team and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of marketing technology projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and identify cost saving opportunities to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Manage and train marketing teams on the effective use of marketing technology tools to boost productivity.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology budget to align spending with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, deliver targeted training, and provide ongoing support to ensure all stakeholders effectively utilize marketing technology.
  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritize work streams and establish scalable, repeatable frameworks for efficient execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar, multiyear IT programs with a focus on delivering value, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
