The role applies professional knowledge to oversee the development, testing and implementation of organization-wide systems, directing, motivating and developing staff to maximize their individual contribution and function effectively as a team. The Manager of Client Onboarding Technology is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, development, and support of onboarding and services technology solutions. This role will manage a team of engineers and analysts, ensuring the reliable delivery of onboarding and service portal . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial banking technologies, API integrations, and vendor platforms, and will play a key role in supporting business objectives and technology initiatives. This role is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days required on-site per week.
