About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering at Riot, you will pioneer innovative ideas around product strategy while serving as an advisor to other managers. You will guide multiple teams in Riot’s Accounts, Identity and Access group, building the platform that powers authentication and authorization for millions of players worldwide. Your leadership will ensure the technology handles the highest volume of traffic, providing smooth and secure entry points for players' first interactions with our games. You will mentor and grow a team of engineers and managers, focusing on their careers and individual strengths.
