Job Overview The Senior Manager of Social Media Operations will oversee the end-to-end management of social media creative and campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across all stages, from strategy development to post-production delivery. This role will lead a team of two Social Media Operations Specialists and manage complex timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Manager will be responsible for aligning social media timelines with organization deadlines, driving effective content production processes, and ensuring the seamless delivery of both organic and paid social campaigns. This role will also partner closely with the department Senior Director and Director of Social Creative on production budget allocation and management.
