Sr Manager, Salesforce Job Summary The Senior Manager of the Salesforce Team will lead the strategic and operational management of Packsize’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures Salesforce is optimized to support business objectives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The manager will oversee a team of Salesforce professionals, drive platform enhancements, and maintain data integrity and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; Platform App Builder or Architect preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor Salesforce administrators and developers across multiple time zones.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Domo, Microsoft 365).
  • Implement security measures, including role-based access and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality through audits, deduplication, and adherence to compliance policies.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, policies, and user training.
  • Identify automation opportunities and leverage new Salesforce features (AI, analytics).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and system performance.
