About The Position

The Sr. Sales Training Manager for Hilton Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton
Vacation Club is responsible for driving productivity and performance through
the implementation of training programs, including the OneHGV Branded Sales
Process, HGV Max, and sales processes for New Hire Action Line, In-House, and
Showcase teams. The Sr. Sales Training Manager will report directly to the
Director of Sales Training while also working closely with Regional Sales
Leadership. The Senior Sales Training Manager will play a key role in empowering
our sales executives with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive

Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based
upon business needs.
