The Global Cross Border team is responsible for defining the Cross Border business strategy across travel and eCommerce and managing its execution across our five regions, working closely with market teams and cross-functional partners around the world. The Cross Border business is a key pillar of Visa’s strategy and one of the largest growth opportunities. Equally, it faces many complex and interesting challenges, touching all areas of Visa’s business, including products, pricing, legal, regulatory, marketing, client engagement, and partnership development. We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior Manager to serve as Chief of Staff to the VP of Global Cross Border Payments focused on growth in travel, eCommerce, and new verticals through strategic partnerships and innovative product solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and managing a diverse portfolio of priority cross-border projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the broader business objectives. Your deep mastery of cross-border performance metrics will be essential, enabling you to synthesize complex data, distill actionable insights, and provide the VP with high-level leverage and clarity on the latest performance trends.
