About The Position

The Senior Manager Risk Management supports Insurance & Compliance team efforts to develop and administer risk management programs to protect Zachry Group and its assets. Supports Projects and Services Groups by reviewing contract documents, including customer contracts, leases, rental agreements and related documents. Supports Proposals and Supply Chain teams by reviewing contract documents and evidence of insurance and working to ensure appropriate risk management programs are in place. Works with service providers, including brokers, third-party claims administrators and others, to establish and implement risk management solutions or mitigation measures.

• Review contract documents, including customer contracts, leases, and rental agreements.
• Support Projects and Services Groups in risk management efforts.
• Review contract documents and evidence of insurance for Proposals and Supply Chain teams.
• Work with service providers to establish and implement risk management solutions.
