About The Position
As a Business Risk & Controls Senior Manager for the Consumer Group, you will directly support the exciting, new PayPal Ads business by developing, managing and executing day-to-day first line risk management program activities to ensure the delivery of great customer and merchant experiences and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating the risk and control framework including process, risk and control documentation and creating risk-based controls monitoring and testing plans. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring timely root cause analysis, management and resolution of issues that occur; timely completion of required Product Change Review takes for new product and feature launches and enhancements; oversight of third-party risk management; and ensuring timely response to internal and external audit and exam requests.
