About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to join the Commercial Strategy & Execution organization to oversee the Global Partner Program. This role will play a critical role in facilitating and enhancing the Partner and Partner Revenue Share program. The ideal candidate is a world-class communicator and synthesizer of complex information who can translate data and insights into process improvements and dependable, accurate payout flows for our Partners. They must be a skilled operator and project manager who can drive execution across a wide range of strategic initiatives and stakeholders. This is a highly visible role that spans strategy, analytics, and execution. It is an opportunity to interact with stakeholders across Partnerships, Product, and Finance organizations, driving meaningful improvements to a global program. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. Relocation support will not be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.
  • Lead complex projects to drive global process improvements and automation.
  • Create and maintain quality assurance within the program, increasing trust in revenue share payouts.
  • Engage Sales teams to enhance the sales experience as well as tools and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success Management to improve the Partner experience.
  • Identify payout opportunities for Revenue Share on additional products and integrations, strengthening our value proposition to new and existing Partners.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, product, finance, and other key partners.
  • Create effective internal and external communications, including but not limited to program enhancements and Partner reporting.
