About The Position
Betterment is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Reporting & Forecasting to support our Betterment at Work and Betterment Advisor Solutions go-to-market teams. As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Reporting & Forecasting you will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and be responsible for supporting the entire GTM organization across reporting and strategic planning. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing scalable reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance analysis to support revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate and insightful reporting that drives operational excellence. This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees.
