About The Position
The Sr. Manager of Retail Process Improvement & Engineering is responsible for supporting the fluctuating needs of a growing organization through process improvement and engineering initiatives. Leading an engineering team, s/he provides cross functional support, ensuring all retail touch points are rooted in both strategic and operational process to create an exceptional associate experience and a platform for flawless store execution. This position identifies operational, departmental, and enterprise gaps, and leads cross functional projects to improve processes and create standard operating procedures to achieve financial and operational excellence now and in the future. This position requires the aptitude to influence peers, cross-functional business partners, and Ulta Beauty's leadership team throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a history of leading multiple projects simultaneously, developing a team, and driving successful results in a retail, operational, or service-related industry.
