Within Capital One, the Shopping team is working on a new consumer product that seeks to change the way people buy things online. Our mission is to deliver a best-in-class shopping and savings experience for our millions of customers while driving incremental and sustainable sales for our merchant partners. The BizOps team is looking for a Sr. Business Manager. The BizOps team sits within Revenue Management and is responsible for driving revenue outcomes for the business. Partnering with sales and product teams, you will generate actionable insights that impact all areas of the business and ultimately drive revenue by conducting complex analyses and monitoring performance on a daily basis. This is a highly cross-functional role with high visibility and exposure to leadership. This role comes with high expectations and a successful candidate will have a bias towards results and action, the need to get to the bottom of things, and extreme ownership. You will tangibly drive business results and directly see the revenue impact of your work.
