About The Position

As our Senior Manager of Retail Media Ad Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our retail media strategy, campaign execution, and team development. You'll lead a talented group of specialists and managers, guiding them to become experts in sponsored search and programmatic advertising across top platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across departments, manage top-tier client relationships, and shape the future of our retail media offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in retail media ad operations (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart)
• 5+ years leading teams with a player/coach mindset
• Deep understanding of SEM, programmatic buying, and audience segmentation
• Expertise in ad tech tools like Skai, AMC, Pacvue, and Helium10
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with client presentations
• Experience with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP
• Familiarity with retail and DTC verticals
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
