The US Dealer Senior Regional Sales Manager is a leadership role in charge of developing and executing upon the strategy to drive profitable sales growth of the MasterBrand Cabinets LLC portfolio. This position manages all aspects of Dealer channel sales in the assigned US region and is accountable to meet/exceed sales targets in a variety of market segments. They will ensure our sales team achieves performance targets across the portfolio, while developing and leading strategies to drive higher customer satisfaction and achieve market share gains. Segmenting brands and customers, and providing the appropriate levels of service to each, will be critical to success. This person will report directly to the VP Sales, Dealer and will manage a team consisting of multiple independent sales agencies throughout Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. The preferred location for this position is in Southwest region, including the states of Texas, Arizona or Colorado. Additionally, this role will also have responsibility for relationships with key national accounts throughout the dealer business.
