The Sr Manager, R&D Learning will report to the Head of R&D Learning & Document Control Management, and will act as the Learning Partner for SPOQ (Strategy, Portfolio Operations, & Quality) within the R&D organization. This role will be an expert in instructional design, conduct learning needs analyses, and work closely with the business, engaging stakeholders to enhance employee performance with effective and innovative learning & development programs. The role will also be responsible for learning strategy and execution, as well as leading projects in support of business goals and objectives. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work most of the week remotely. The preferred office location for the role is Cambridge, MA, but the Research Triangle Park, NC office location will also be considered.
