  • Proven track record managing large scale initiatives in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to achieve results through others.
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive change to improve performance.
  • 5+ years project/program management experience in roles demonstrating increasing scope and complexity.
