Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Scheduling Department. In this role, you will be assigned to support a program within the Advanced Technology portfolio and will serve as the focal point for all matters related to scheduling on the program or programs. You will be directly accountable for ensuring adherence to Raytheon and government policies in scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM). Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer. You will detail, plan, and maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to maintain realistic management baselines. It is essential that the IMS complies with government customer requirements throughout all program phases and is resource-loaded with applicable scope and target budgets, demonstrating thorough cost and schedule integration. You will lead and conduct detailed analyses of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance. Regular communication of schedule status will be required, including results of critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and the outcomes of “what-if” exercises to the Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers, and senior management as needed. Additionally, you will support the Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) processes as they relate to the Program IMS. Managing the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software will also be part of your responsibilities. This position is full-time and requires onsite work in Tucson, AZ.
