The Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion - Global Program Operations will serve as a leadership team member playing a critical role in operationalizing the strategic vision for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. This individual will act as a strategic partner, driving efficiency, collaboration, and alignment across the Talent and D&I pillars while fostering team cohesion and delivering best-in-class talent experiences. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic operations-driven leader to make a significant impact by enabling the success of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives at the highest level. This role reports to the Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
