About The Position

Key Responsibilities Production Leadership Direct and manage daily production operations across robotics and AI camera assembly lines. Establish and enforce production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput. Quality Assurance & Compliance Implement and monitor QA/QC standards for robotics and AI camera systems. Ensure compliance with industry certifications, safety regulations, and international manufacturing standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain product reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production with design and innovation goals. Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing scalable production processes. Provide executive-level reporting on production metrics, risks, and improvement strategies. Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Build training programs to upskill teams in robotics assembly, AI integration, and advanced manufacturing practices. Strategic Operations Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of components. Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for production facilities. Champion automation and digital tools to modernize production workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, or related field). 5+ years of experience in production management (preferably with experience in robotics, AI, or advanced electronics). Proven track record of scaling production in high-tech manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics integration, and AI-enabled devices preferred. Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Requirements
