The Sr. Manager, Product Support Engineer is responsible for the developing Product Support Engineering (aka Sustaining Engineering). This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and scaling our Product Support Engineering capabilities. The position owns engineering for released, commercial products, ensuring their performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle. It is a high-visibility, central leadership role suited for someone who thrives on building teams, processes, and best practices from the ground up; and scaling them effectively. This role serves as the production engineering hub between QA, R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations.
