As Sr. Manager, Global Product Operations, you'll turn strategy into action by connecting global teams across Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply to drive innovation and operational excellence. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the apparel industry with a fashion/lifestyle background and deep expertise across product development, sourcing, and go-to-market operations.
  • Direct experience managing Go-to-Market calendars, multiple projects and deliverables across global teams.
  • Leads cross-functional teams and partners across complex, matrixed organizations to build alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Analyzes processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements solutions that enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Experienced in engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Skilled at facilitating discussions, aligning diverse teams, and delivering clear, data-informed presentations that drive alignment and action.
  • Leverages digital tools (e.g., PLM, Coupa, Miro, CLO 3D) to lead change management initiatives and promote system adoption across teams.
  • Adapts well to changing business needs and evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operational strategies aligned with Product Development, Sourcing & Supply organization's vision and goals.
  • Partner with PD&SS to design streamlined, scalable solutions that meet CTC timelines and priorities.
  • Lead change management efforts for using new solutions, including training, communications, and issue triaging post-launch support.
  • Build training documentation, user support strategies, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring end-user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze PD&SS metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and partners across product development, sourcing, vendors, and brand operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
