As the Sr. Manager, Procurement - Supply Chain, you will own categories central to how we power our stores, support our corporate facilities, and run our distribution centers that deliver millions of units every year. You will partner globally across store operations, corporate facilities, and supply chain to deliver sustainable value and ensure smart, responsible strategic sourcing that aligns tightly with business goals. This role is designed for a procurement leader who can turn ambiguity into clear paths forward. You will serve as the enterprise wide category architect for: • Distribution Center (DC) Facilities Services • Corporate Facilities • Store Maintenance Programs You aren’t just sourcing—you’re shaping operational excellence at scale across Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta.

Requirements

  • A strategic procurement leader with experience and category‑specific depth in facilities, maintenance, operations, or supply chain-focused relevant areas.
  • Skilled at influencing and partnering across functions and levels—especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and driving clarity in a global matrix organization.
  • Energized by continuous improvement, innovation, and building strong supplier ecosystems.
  • Experienced people leader who builds capability and inspires teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Value & Strategic Impact Lead multi‑year category strategies for DC facilities, corporate facilities, and store maintenance, incorporating innovation, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
  • Develop category roadmaps and create a robust pipeline of sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable value year over year.
  • Lead Sourcing Excellence Structure and run complex RFPs, RFIs, and negotiation processes for facilities and maintenance categories.
  • Build compelling business cases using sourcing analytics, market intelligence, and operational insights.
  • Ensure competitive bid processes and sourcing rigor consistent with Gap Inc.’s procurement standards.
  • Own Supplier Partnerships Manage end‑to‑end supplier relationships, including contract performance, innovation opportunities, score carding, and issue escalation.
  • Partner with vendors to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service enhancements across facilities operations.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership Serve as a strategic thought partner to Facilities, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Risk, and Legal.
  • Build alignment and influence senior stakeholders through excellent communication, fact-based recommendations, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Enable Operational Excellence Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, program modernization, and risk reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
