About The Position

The Sr. Manager Plant Fulfillment Leader for Project Kuiper is responsible for overseeing cross value stream fulfillment operations within the manufacturing plant. Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in operations management within the aerospace industry
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single threaded owner for driving cross value stream execution coordination within Kuiper's satellite manufacturing plant
• Lead and manage a team that includes production coordinators, schedulers, and expeditors
• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure timely and accurate production and material movement between production lines
• Coordinate between production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant fulfillment processes
• Embody Amazon's Leadership Principles to achieve and sustain operational excellence
• Participate as a key member of the production leadership team
