About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Planning and S&OP for Lagunitas will manage the planning team and be responsible for the company's S&OP process. This role is the key liaison between supply & demand and will be responsible for the product supply strategy based on the sales demand. This role has End-to-end accountability for inventory levels and NPI transitions in our network.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant Supply Chain and S&OP experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management Preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
• Forecasting and Statistical Modeling.
• Manufacturing.
• MRP.
• Warehousing.
• Logistics/Distribution.
• Proven experience partnering with international supply chain teams.
• Passion for Lagunitas and the craft beer business.

Responsibilities

• Manage & develop team of planners, including supply planning, material planning, & scheduling.
• Shape and communicate Suppl Plan, which is based on input from the Depletions Forecast, historical sales data and statistical analysis of past performances.
• Interface with the Heineken USA through the weekly operations meeting to gain alignment on demand insights and scenario's.
• Establish the supply strategy for the tactical & strategic planning horizon.
• Lead the S&OP process from End to End. Ensure executive sign off of the plan, including R&O.
• Lead appropriate MCSR to review stock levels and determine tactical action plans.
• Track S&OP and supply performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct capacity and working capital scenarios to drive business decisions.
• Continuously improve S&OP techniques and methods.
